Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Constellate, the app and the constellate.ink website. By using Constellate you agree to them. They're written in plain language on purpose. There is nothing hiding in here.

What Constellate is

Constellate is a place to write down your dreams and mark the symbols that were in them. The free practice is not a trial: it stays whole on its own, forever. A small set of premium features add AI-written material, such as a weekly letter and a monthly reading, built from your own marks. Everything in the app, including AI-assisted writing, is offered for reflection, not prediction. It is not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. The plates offer a lens; your decisions, and the outcomes of those decisions, are your own. If you are facing a serious situation, please talk to a qualified professional.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use Constellate. The app can be used anonymously at first; keep your sign-in method secure once you add an email, and you're responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings, which permanently erases your data as described in our privacy policy.

Subscriptions

• Constellate Premium is billed through your Apple ID and renews automatically until cancelled.
• Cancel anytime in iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions, at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.
• Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel it in iOS Settings.

Your content

Your dreams, marks, and reflections are yours. You grant us only the license needed to store and process them to operate the service: keeping your sky, generating premium AI features you request, and syncing your account. We claim no other rights to them.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service, probe other people's data, or use Constellate to generate content that is unlawful or abusive. We may suspend accounts that do.

The service itself

Constellate is provided as-is. We work to keep it available and correct, but we can't promise uninterrupted service, and features may change or be retired as the practice evolves. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the twelve months before a claim.

Changes

If these terms change materially, we'll update the effective date above and note it in the app. Continuing to use Constellate after a change means you accept the new terms.
