Constellate is made by a small team, and every message is read. Write to support@constellate.ink and you'll hear back, usually within a day or two.

How does marking work?

After you write and release a dream, the engraved plates appear. Tap the ones that were in it. There is no AI guess involved: the chart is built entirely from what you mark, and your own most-used plates surface first.

Is any of this free?

Yes, all of it, permanently: unlimited dreams, unlimited marking, the full atlas, and your whole sky. Premium adds a few written artifacts, the weekly letter, symbol essays, and the Tides reading, built with AI from your own marks.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple: open iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Constellate. Cancelling keeps Premium active until the end of the period you've paid for. If you reinstalled the app and Premium isn't showing, use Restore purchases in the app's Settings.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Settings → Delete account. It's immediate and permanent: your dreams, marks, and reflections are all erased. If you've lost access to the app, email us and we'll delete it for you.

My daily reminder isn't arriving

Check iOS Settings → Notifications → Constellate is allowed, then check the reminder time in the app's Settings. Focus modes and scheduled summaries can also hold notifications back.

I used the app before creating an account. Where did my dream go?

Your first dream is kept under an anonymous account tied to your device the moment you release it. Add an email in Settings within 30 days to keep it permanently; anonymous accounts that are never claimed are automatically removed after that.
